The store manager is an ass! Being a manager 101-praise in public and reprimand in private. I have seen him on more than one occasion reprimanding an employee right at the cash register when there were customers in the store. He was talking in a raised voice and saying very ignorant things to the employee. It is the other employees at the store that give it a 3-star rating without them it would have been the one.
